Accepted methods of payment:
Most credit/debit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), although we would we grateful if bills were paid in cash in order to avoid banking costs.

Booking confirmations:
A room-booking deposit or guarantee will be requested when confirming your stay. Bookings can be confirmed by e-mail, post or telephone.

Cancellations:
In respect of cancellations, the legislation in force will be of application. However, in the case of justified causes, the owner may discretionally refund the amount paid in advance.

Arrivals and Departures:
The rooms will be available for guests from 4 pm, although the room can be made available at 12 pm. to customers who wish to have lunch at the house. For arrivals later than 10 pm, please inform the owner beforehand.
On departure day, rooms must be vacated by 12 pm. However, as in the above case, guests who wish to have lunch at the house may vacate their room at a later time, as long as it is not booked for a new guest.

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms and dining rooms but is permitted in places designated as smoking areas, such as certain sitting rooms, terraces, etc.

Pets:
Dogs are welcome (especially guide dogs), as are other pets, always arranged beforehand and at the discretion of the owner.

Visits and information:
In order to assist you properly, without affecting the normal running of the house, visiting and information hours are restricted as follows: from 12 pm to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 6 pm.
